Leune’s new vaporizer pen is a limited-edition offering with a 2:1 ratio of THC:CBD, toning down the THC from its popular 3:1 Pina Dream product. Like Leune’s other vape products, it’s a disposable pen design — and could easily be mistaken for a #2 pencil — so once the oil inside is spent, it’s time to recycle the whole shebang.
The vape pen isn’t just for kicks, though. It’s also designed with charitable aims. Per the company:
Last Prisoner Project is honored to partner with Leune to raise funding and awareness for those who have experienced the negative effects of the criminalization of cannabis. We feel that anybody who is profiting from the legal cannabis industry should feel a moral imperative to help those who are still incarcerated for cannabis. We are grateful to Leune for being a part of the solution and supporting our mission to release every last cannabis prisoner.
So there ya go, you’re doing something good for the world if you puff on this one.
Flavor-wise, there’s plenty of tropical fruit in the mix, and while the vapor is rich in flavor, the draw is quite gentle. I found its initial impact to be fairly energizing, in line with its Sativa origins, slowly fading to a mellowness that relaxed the body and put the mind at ease. My overall mood over time was reflective and pensive, and of course the all-in-one design makes it relatively easy to control your dose. With this vaporizer, I found a little went a long way — giving the pen a really solid value.
And did we mention it’s all for a good cause?
