I was born on the new Millennium and grew up beside Strangford Loch in the north-east of Ireland. I've been a music journalist, musician, record producer, A/V guy, events organiser, and actor; all for various pittances. I'm currently studying for a degree in robotics engineering on the south English coast.
I've been a computer nerd since the moment I was given dial-up, and an electronic musician since the moment I heard the word 'remix'. My internet stomping grounds were the pony music scene, then the nascent hyperpop scene.
I love Pop'n Music, botanical gardens, and swimming. I love action movies, '80s city pop, and strategy games. I love taking walks around campus or by the coast. I'm fascinated by mathematics and economics. I'm a fan of the Red Sox and the Phillies. I also love jamming with instruments, especially synths, and hope to grow a Eurorack collection.
I'm currently trying to overcome a rather pervasive performance anxiety that prevents me from doing my hobbies as often as I'd like. Taoist philosophy is an anchor for my most foundational outlooks on the world, and I try to always embody sincerity and curiosity. I'm queer, and use any pronouns.
